Introducing the ‘Fabulous Fifty’ GLCC Ambassadors
The Global Literature & Cultural Club (GLCC) Kutch is thrilled to announce its inaugural cohort of ‘Fabulous Fifty’ GLCC Ambassadors. This diverse group of talented individuals will represent their respective fields of culture, music, singing, dance, keyboard, yoga, and literature throughout the year in various social and cultural activities and events across the Kutch district.
The members of the core committee of GLCC Kutch, Dr. Krupesh Thacker, Dr. Pooja Thacker, Anjali Sevak, and Ankita Thacker, will contribute their efforts to the implementation of the concepts that aim to improve the literary, cultural, health, and educational activities in the Kutch region. In order to inspire and encourage the upcoming talent of GLCC Kutch, the Music and Chess Ambassador Vacha Thacker, the Literature and Acting Ambassador Parv Thacker, and the Culture Ambassador Jinie Sevak will each showcase their respective abilities and skills at district-level events and projects.
The core committee members of GLCC Kutch will plan and execute the prestigious Kutch Talent Hunt, a multifaceted competition designed to showcase a wide range of talents. The event will feature contests in singing, dancing, acting, instrument playing, poetry recitation, storytelling, modeling, yoga, and art, held across various schools and colleges in the Kutch district. Winners of the Kutch Talent Hunt will have the exciting opportunity to participate in national-level competitions organized by Krup Talent Hunt, providing them with a broader platform to display their skills and gain recognition.
Celebrating Talent Across Diverse Artistic Fields
Each ambassador has been chosen for their exceptional talent and commitment to their art. The categories of ambassadors include Culture Ambassadors, Music Ambassadors, Singing Ambassadors, Dance Ambassadors, Keyboard Ambassadors, Yog Ambassadors, and Literature Ambassadors. These individuals hail from various cities within the Kutch district and will contribute their skills and enthusiasm to enrich the cultural landscape of the region.
Leading the Charge: Project Coordinators
The project coordinators, known for their dedication and innovative ideas, will take the lead in executing the initiatives and events planned for the year. Their leadership will ensure that the ambassadors have ample opportunities to showcase their talents and engage with the community.
Visionary Leadership: Dr. Krupesh Thacker
At the helm of GLCC Kutch is the dynamic President and Education Ambassador, Dr. Krupesh Thacker. A renowned singer-songwriter and filmmaker, Dr. Krupesh’s passion for culture and literature will drive the club’s mission forward. His artistic vision and dedication to nurturing talent are vital to the success of GLCC’s initiatives. With over 100 songs and 18+ movies to his credit, he is a prominent figure in both Gujarati and Hindi pop music and film industry. As a author his celebrated work in ‘Bhagavad Gita for Life’ and ‘The Love Gatha’ book series has been best seller in various countries. Dr. Krupesh Thacker has made a significant impact in the field of education through his establishment of the Krup Academy of Film & Music and Krup Gurukul. In affiliation with Kutch University, these academy offers various skill based vocational diploma and certificate courses including the field of film making, music production, music therapy, ayurved, literature and Shrimad Bhagavad Gita.
Health and Wellness Champion: Dr. Pooja Thacker
Joining him is the Vice President and Health Ambassador, Dr. Pooja Thacker. Her commitment to health and wellness, coupled with her leadership skills, will play a crucial role in uplifting the cultural and literary scene in Kutch. Together, Dr. Krupesh Thacker and Dr. Pooja Thacker will inspire and guide the ‘Fabulous Fifty’ ambassadors in their journey. Along with Dr. Krupesh, she contributes towards teaching and training the students at university affiliated courses of Krup Academy and Krup Gurukul.
