Awadhi Mijaaj | Awadhi Literature & Music Festival

‘Awadhi Mijaaj’ is the Awadhi literature and music festival organized by the Give Vacha Foundation and Krup Music, in collaboration with Krup Productions, Krup Publishing, and Esy ID. This festival celebrates the Sanatan literature of the Awadhi language. To break down barriers in the process, this event brings together those who are passionate about Awadhi literature and creative artists. The artistic coordinators of the festival, Dr. Krupesh, and Dr. Pooja Thacker, have created a project that pays tribute to Awadhi literature. It is the outcome of their diligent planning. ‘Awadhi Mijaaj’ hosts a wide variety of events such as poetry recitation displays, seminars meant to stimulate thought, live performances, and the unveiling of literary initiatives like book releases and publishing. These activities aim to promote idea exchange and the discovery of new literary perspectives. It is part of the longest literature festival in the world known as the Krup Literature Festival.
