Clubfoot Awareness Month
“Clubfoot Awareness Month” is orchestrated by Dr. Krupesh Thacker and Dr. Pooja Thacker, under the umbrella of the Give Vacha Foundation NGO, overseen by Dr. Shashikant Thacker. As a vital part of the Global Clubfoot Awareness Parv initiative, this month-long endeavour kicks off on May 7th, coinciding with the birthday of Clubfoot warrior Parv Thacker, the Global Ambassador of Global Clubfoot Awareness Parv. Running until June 7th annually, this initiative hosts a diverse range of activities aimed at spotlighting clubfoot awareness.
From extensive drives to online awareness campaigns through the YouTube, Facebook & Instagram handles of project ambassador Parv Thacker, to fundraising activities conducted by Krup Music on their YouTube channel boasting over 200,000 subscribers, and grassroots fundraising drives by volunteers, the month-long celebration underscores the collective dedication to advocating for early detection and effective treatment of clubfoot worldwide.
